Privacy Policy
This policy describes John's private Hermes integration with Gmail and Google Calendar. The integration is operated for the site owner's personal productivity, and access is authorized through the owner's Google account.

Data the integration can access
With the owner's permission, the integration requests read-only Gmail and Google Calendar access. This may include email messages and metadata, and calendar events and associated details, within the scope of the Google permissions granted. It does not request permission to send, modify, or delete Gmail messages or calendar events.
How the data is used
Hermes uses Google data to respond to the owner's requests, such as finding or summarizing email and reviewing calendar information. The integration does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and retention
OAuth tokens are kept in the owner's Hermes environment so the connection can continue to work until access is revoked or the tokens expire. Hermes may also retain retrieved information, conversation content, or logs according to the owner's configuration. The owner controls that environment and its retention settings. This public website does not ask visitors to sign in to Google or submit Google account data.
Sharing and AI processing
Google user data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Hermes may send information relevant to an owner-requested task to the AI provider configured by the owner in order to produce a response. The data sent and the provider's handling of it depend on the owner's Hermes configuration and the provider's terms. The integration is not offered to the public or to other users.
Control and revocation
The owner can stop using the integration, remove locally retained data, and revoke its Google account access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future Google API access, but it does not automatically delete any information already retained in the owner's Hermes environment or by a configured AI provider.
